Our menu is compiled by our chefs and owner Zahi Azzi, to reflect the flavours, aromas and ingredients of the Middle-East & Northern Africa.
The result is a fusion of traditional and modern dishes prepared using traditional methods and cooking styles.
The menus change 4-6 times a year, each time with focus on seasonal vegetable, herbs, fruits and meats.
Each day a series of specials are also available. |
